You can easily book your yacht or boat for charter online. During the booking process, you specify the date and departure location. We will then contact you to discuss everything else with you.
For your yacht charter you must bring an official passport or photo ID and a credit card on which the deposit will be paid.
Important: DEBIT cards are not accepted.
Everyone is welcome on our yacht charters, no matter how big or small. Our boats are child-friendly and the floating Nautiboy platforms offer enough space to let off steam.
Our team also ensures that appropriate life jackets are on board. Children under 10 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
Please let us know if your child is younger than 6 years so that we can provide special safety equipment on board.
During the summer months, it is rare for the weather in Ibiza to be bad. If this does happen, we will of course rebook your charter. If rebooking is not possible, you will receive a refund of your deposit.
The price of your charter includes the skipper/captain, a minibar with drinks, towels, snorkeling equipment and the Spanish VAT of 21%.
Fuel for 100km is included in the price for the following boats: Hailey-Su, Yara, My Choice.
In order for your booking to be confirmed, the charter must be paid in full. If you are unable to start your charter and have to cancel it, the following conditions apply:
- Full refund: If you cancel more than 1 month before your charter, you will receive a full refund.
- 75% refund : You cancel more than 20 days before the charter.
- 50% refund : You cancel more than 14 days before the event.
- No refund: Cancellation is made less than 14 days in advance.
If the weather is bad on the day of your yacht charter, you will receive the full amount of the deposit back. This is the case if the wind gusts exceed 25 knots (46km/h) or if it rains at the start of your charter. Rebooking a yacht through the main agency does not entitle our customers to a refund if a charter has been cancelled. The general cancellation conditions apply here.
A regular charter day at Haller Experiences is 8 hours long. You can set your charter between 10:00 a.m. (earliest departure) and 10:00 p.m. (latest return to port). The exact times vary in spring and autumn. If the 8 hours go by too quickly, you can spend even longer on board in consultation with the staff and for a fee.
Each charter boat has a mini bar with soft drinks and beer and a bottle of wine on board. If you wish, you can order additional drinks or our delicious food boxes.
To confirm your charter, you must pay the full amount. You can do this using PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay or your credit card. If you wish, you can pay the amount by bank transfer - but please discuss this with a sales manager beforehand so that the reservation can be extended until we receive payment. Tips for our skippers are preferably due in cash at the end of the charter.
